If it is a baking product, do not defrost before preparing the product. If the product is not suitable for frying, do not fry it in hot oil. Baking products should not be placed in hot oil.
For Electric or Gas Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Place the product on a baking sheet; no greasing is needed.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven, let it rest for 2 minutes, and serve.
For Air Fryer:
- Set the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Place the product in the air fryer basket.
- Heat for about 8 minutes.
- Remove it, let it rest for 2 minutes, and serve.
There is no requirement to defrost the product prior to preparation. Please open the packaging and remove only the quantity of the product that you intend to consume. It is recommended that any remaining portions be returned to the freezer.
- Preheat the Oil: Heat your oil to 350–375°F (175–190°C). Use a thermometer for accuracy if you have one. If not, drop a small piece of bread into the oil; it should sizzle and turn golden in about 30 seconds.
- Fry your BFFs by carefully lowering the frozen appetizers into the hot oil using tongs or a slotted spoon.
- Fry them for 3–5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Turn them occasionally, even when frying, if you're using a skillet.
- Drain Excess Oil: Remove them and place them on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Let the croquettes cool slightly, then enjoy your BFFs.
Once a product package is opened, it should last about 1 to 3 months in the freezer, depending on the temperature consistency of your freezer or the expiry date printed on the packaging. To maintain texture and taste, reseal the package. To enjoy the quality of our products, try to consume opened packages within a couple of months for the best taste and texture.
